  • 1.  RCA for system issues on 11/12?

    Will PPM be publishing a Root Cause Analysis for the environment issues that affected our users on 11/12 (pages spinning, not being able to save changes, update timesheets)?  If so, when might we expect that RCA?

    Yes we will be sharing the RCA via the case. If you have raised the case please do request for an RCA on that.
