Project Grid Shows Zero Hours for Actuals

Tasks, Assignments and Advanced Reporting all show Actuals for a given project. Any ideas on why this would be zero in the Project Grid?

Sure - it's on the Modern Ux.


Like I said, if you look inside the project at tasks or assignments or staff, you can see Actuals posted.  Just not out in this project grid.

Interesting... I see a sort, have you tried sorting on the Actuals field again? Can you add actuals sum for labor resources?

The sort is actually sorting all projects by their actual hours.  In these with zero, they should have a number because it's available when you go into the project itself.  It's almost like it's not updating the project level even though the lower levels have the information. 

Actuals sum for labor resources shows up as a 0 too :(

I hope that someone can look at this for you or maybe you should open a support case with Broadcom. Sorry, I have never seen this happen.

Turned out - we were not running the Investment Allocation job.  Once it ran, these numbers were updated.
