modern UX - Timesheet does not exist

v. 15.7.1- As an administrator, I can't see the timesheet on modern UX.
Is it related to certain permissions or settings that need to be set?

the access rights available are Timesheets Navigate, Timesheets Edit All, Timesheets Approve All.
When you say you do not see timesheets, do you mean the icon is not present OR even if the icon is there that you do not see any timesheet?
If the icon is missing:
Administration > General Settings > System options

Are the timesheets enabled under the New User Experience option?
