15.6.1 Task Board Custom Columns

version 15.6.1 brings <g class="gr_ gr_13 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep" id="13" data-gr-id="13">possibility</g> to have in Board view columns from object Task and changing position in column change value on task.
<g class="gr_ gr_275 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-ins replaceWithoutSep" id="275" data-gr-id="275">Currently</g> in BOARD <g class="gr_ gr_280 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-ins replaceWithoutSep" id="280" data-gr-id="280">OPTIONS</g> I can see (Cost Type, EV Calculation Method, Microsoft Project Task Type, Status).
Is there any way how to add <g class="gr_ gr_224 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling multiReplace" id="224" data-gr-id="224">there</g> <g class="gr_ gr_223 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace" id="223" data-gr-id="223">other lookup field</g>? For example Charge Code or Custom lookup field? (API ID for attributes is filled)


Any <g class="gr_ gr_307 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep" id="307" data-gr-id="307">Idea</g> how to do it?

To see Custom lookup you have to add API ID and Colors
To see Charge Code there I still don't know

Yes, you would see the field in the list where you pick fields for Card fields

Then you would see them in the details

You can even see the Charge Codes with the lookup (at least in a a custom field)

However, you cannot add the standard Charge code column

When you hover your mouse over it in the attribute list that turns into

That maybe because of the API attribute ID being already set as chargeCode

which is not the same format which you are instructed to use when you create a new attribute ie lower case letter and underscore like

If you want to pursue this further open a case with support (unless one of the guru's pick it from here)

I believe the Charge Code is the Dymanic Lookup and at this point dynamic lookup is not supported in new UX

Only STATIC Lookup attributes can be used on a Board as a COLUMN.  Even though the Task Object will have the Charge Code attribute enabled for use in the Modern UX, this attribute uses a DYNAMIC Lookup and thus is not a supported attribute for use on a Board as a COLUMN.  You can place the Charge Code on the face of the card as described in other responses.
