    I do not have that attribute nor the lookup in my system.

    If it is a custom attribute and a custom lookup querying a custom object see if you have a list view for that object. If it is and you have the rights for it you should see new button.

    Go to Administration > Financial > Setup > Resource classes and see if that is it.

    A couple of the values suggest it is.
