Action Details - Submit Plan of Record for Approval

Hello Everyone, 

I need to make changes to the action item "Submit Plan of Record for Approval". The change is that I have the custom attribute created for the "Approval", if any of the approver approves listed in the field, it should go and create the Budget Plan. I have no clue where this screen is coming from. Any idea ?

​It's in the Cost Plan Edit View properties.  There's a subpage called "Submit Cost Plan to Budget." This is the view that displays when you use the "Submit Plan of Record For Approval" action.

Thank you for the details. I am still unable to find the "Submit for Approval" where it is associated "Submit Cost Plan to Budget" sub page so that I can call out the custom process.
