Hi Martti - I think you might have misunderstood my message but you do make a good point. We had been talking today about putting the session recordings and slides behind a form/registration page.
Once the recordings are ready we'll send out an email to everyone that registered letting them know that the collateral is ready. This will not stop anyone accessing the material.

Good thanks.
You know the 2019 slides are available even if you did not register.

Hi Martti - Yes, we'll share the recordings and slides through the Academy website.
We are currently reviewing the recordings, going through the process of trimming each session as well as trying to fix any audio glitches. With the holidays and workload this might take a while but we'll send a mail out to everyone that registered once they are all ready.

Hello Pete,
It was my pleasure.
Now that you mention it: You could state whether or not the slides of the sessions are gonna be available and if there will be recordings available.

Hi Martti, Pia, Sannamari,
Martti - Thank you so much for starting this thread and your support for the Pemari Academy. It was great to text/speak to you and I hope to see you again next year.
Pia - Thanks for the feedback. We agree about December. End of year is not a great time for any organisation but we had hoped that the lack of festive parties this season might have freed up a little bit of time in people's diaries. The original plan was to run the event as a face to face event in the summer so we had to shift to online. We are hoping to go back to the original format for next years event but we need to see how the pandemic pans out.
Sannamari – We apologise about the fact that we had to prioritise registration/access but we heavily underestimated the demand from consultancies. We had twice as many registrations from consultancies than companies using Clarity PPM which we find both flattering and slightly worrying at the same time. It was definitely one of our major lessons learnt from the event. As we mentioned in the email, we'd be more than happy to setup a knowledge sharing forum where we help each other. If you are interested, let me know.
I'm glad one of your team got to join and that she enjoyed the Academy. We will share the sessions externally once we've had time to review and trim the recordings.
If there is anything else, let me know. Happy to help.

Sorry, I was not aware that the participant limit was reached. When looking at the list, I only recognized three from the Nordics.
The presentations should be soon available. I also have a faint recollection of something about recordings.
(The presentations from 2019 Academy are there

Of course one prioritizes these offerings and other duties personally and based on preferences. On the other hand an event like this ties the organizers as well and they must also rightsize their efforts.
Online events are not the same as meeting people face to face, but the Niku and CA Worlds are not there and not likely to come back any more. Neither are the UG meetings there. In UK they used to be quartely and in the Nordics annual or seminannual. There are online training classes, Youtube videos, Brighttalk sessions, Broadcom webinars, but they are not really interactive and networking events.
As long as COVID is running amok online meetings are the best we can get.
Thanks for Pemari Academy and keep up the good work.

Hi Martti,
I actually registered, but not received invitation link email and was not allowed to join (tried Tuesday), my colleague had the same, until she begged to join via email (explanation she first received was that there was no space left). So only one of us was joining and was very pleased (said that it felt like CA World in old times :) ).
Would it be really nice gift to share sessions with us who was left outside? Or maybe we could have some replay in more convenient time for EMEA area...

Edit: That should be 2020
This is an outright promotion (of a partner event therefore more than justified)
Just wondering again...
What is the problem? Pemari Academy is one of the very few occasions available where you can easily get latest trends in Clarity and PPM. Now it is easy as you can participate online from anywhere in the world.
Yet when I look at the participants list: One from Finland, one from Denmark, one from Norway.
Apparently not invented here and we know better.
There is still one day to participate (and no site ID required)
