With the release of new Clarity PPM v13, CA is discontinuing support for Clarity PPM 12.0.x (version 12.0 and all service packs) beginning December 31, 2012.
This gives customers a year to move to a supported release 12.1, 12.1 SP1, 12.1 SP2 or the new 13.0.
Extended support can be arranged at a price for an additional year if customers require additional support time to upgrade.

Attached is the posting from the Clarity Home Page on Support.ca.com Product News section.

There is an announcement table as well as a good summary chart with all End of Service Dates found in the Product Status section of the Clarity Home Page on support.ca.com.

Best wishes for a healthy and prosperous New Year!

    Hello Michael,

Yes this might be available to you.

Please have your site ID handy then contact 800-225-5224 and follow the prompts to Sales.

Or if you know who your CA Technologies Customer Success Manager or Account Manager is you can contact that person (not all cusomters have one or the other).

Once you get to the Sales operator let them know what your question is and they will make sure you get to the right person.

If the choice is Sales then please see below:

I just called the number 800-225-5224 number and below is the pattern to get to Sales. If you press these prematurely it will get you into a loop.

Listen for the voice to get to the end of her sentence then press 2.
Listen for the voice to end the next sentence then press 4
Listen again for the voice to finish a sentence then press 2

If for some reason the sequence does not work for you I think 'O' will probably get you a CA representative to help you.

    Regards,
    Dana
