CA PPM: Workflow Question

Hi Everyone, 

 

I have a custom workflow for converting idea to a project. As the requestor, I am able to see the process initiated under Process tab when I submitted an idea to get converted to a project. I can identify where it is pending by clicking on the "Process Flow Diagram". Is there a way that I can provide access to validate the "process" initiated ? what Access that I need to give to the particular group to see the process initiated though they are not part of that particular idea ?

Those righst will give you access to process definitions and instances:

Process - View Definition - All
Process View Instance - All

If you do not want global rights, you might want to check the corresponding ones at instance or OBS level.
