Anyone has any idea about the following error, this error i received when i upgrade the application from 15.2 to 15.3. I successfully ran the data warehouse job also with full load option. Even the log does not show me a clear picture. i have attached the install.log file your reference.

This indicated that database server has some issue and hence it failed, were your 15.2 was up and running prior to upgrade?
15.2 is running fine now. The upgrade has not changed any settings in the current application running folder. I was able to perform all activities normally.
Yes. I assume it was looking for the database using registry. My MSSQL server is on a different Machine.
Yes it failed pretty early, in 15.2 are you having service for database and if you can remove the same and start the upgrade. Hoping the MS SQL is the supported version
I am sorry for my little knowledge on upgrade/ca clarity. How can i remove the service for database
If you login to CSA and under services you will see reports and database please remove those or from PPM_HOME/bin you can run service status all to see list of services registered and then service remove database to remove
