Publishing a Jaspersoft report with anonymous access

We use Jaspersoft ad-hoc views and reports extensively but not Jaspersoft studio at all (all our day-to-day needs are served just fine using the built in tools in the Clarity application).

 

We would like to allow users access to a specific report in Clarity (built using Advanced reporting) but without the need to login to Clarity first. I know that you can set anonymous access to a report but I have found very little documentation on whether that allows users outside of Clarity to access the report.

 

Anyone who has any experience they could share on this subject?

Hi Glen,

 

The integration we have in clarity will need a user because it checks that if a request sent from clarity matches with Jaspersoft. However you can still schedule the report and send output to the users
