  • 1.  Is there a way in the New UX to disable 'Project - Task Management (instance)'?

    Hello,

In the New UX, I believe, by default, all project Team Members are granted the following permissions:

Project - Task Management (Instance). This new access right allows team members to create, edit, delete, and add assignments to tasks.

Is there a way to stop that privilege from being added, as we don't want all project members to have those permissions (there's no reason they should be adding/deleting tasks, that's the PMs responsibility).

    Thanks,

    Mark

Thank you for those details.  Somehow overlooked the second part when reading through.

If the New UX is enabled, what's the best way to toggle back to the Classic Clarity PPM (to assign the team)?  Is it cumbersome for users to toggle between New UX and Classic?  Is there a way to always display the team in Classic?

    Hi Mark,

I dont think so, NEW UX is getting build and we are trying to add features release by release.

You could create a NSQL based portlet (view only as all NSQL portlets)
