  • 1.  Routine does not conclude

    Dear, I can not execute the routines immediately and even when I do the programming, it does not execute either.

     


    Anyone know what can be happening?

    This looks like loggers wer corrupted. When did this happen and what was changed

    I've been facing this problem for a long time.

     

    I can not get an automatic schedule on the gantt. I can not perform immediate or scheduled routines. The other components of the application are working!

    Thanks, this looks like app folder some files must be corrupted or missing. Could you please reset the logger by going to Security.logs URL and reset it and if you continue to see after that then you may need to install the app and point to the database.

    Try resetting your logger.xml as described here:

    PPM Log files such as app-ca.logs are not being up - CA Knowledge
