  • 1.  NUX v15.5 not showing Notification Bell Icon, AVATAR, User settings dropdown in Internet Explorer?

    Hi,

     

    We recently upgraded one of our lower environment to v15.5 & when we open the NUX timesheet/staffing page it do not show the notification bell, avatar, & user settings dropdown on the top right corner of Internet Explorer.

     

    Attached is the image of the same a visible in Chrome?

     

    Is there any workaround to get notification bell, avatar, & user settings dropdown visible on Internet Explorer as well?

    Hi Divyanshu,

     

    New UX is not supported on Internet Explorer. Following link has more details on the client - side compatibles.

    Thanks for the response Suman!!

     

    I'm aware that IE11 is not longer supported for NUX. I just wanted to confirm if there is any workaround to get the same working for NUX as the default browser provided to our users is IE11 only.

    Unfortunately I am not aware of any workaround. Also I would like to let you know with un supported browser there would be multiple problems in UI. Hence request you to upgrade the browser.
