We need to modify the email message generated from the Action Item attached to the Process. We looked around and tried to modify some of them which we found related to Action Items but it does not update the email message but updates the Action Item details (where you land after clicking the email link). Is there way to modify the email message in the Action Item email generated from Process? If yes, which Notification we should update?
Hi Sanjay, You have to take look at the notification template being used by that notification. That should get you to what you need.
You probably need to look into the relevant process step and identify the Manual Action that is generating the email. This usually determines the content of the email that the Assignee receives.
