  • 1.  Can I get a Health Status Report on SQL Server for Jasper Server? I am in CA PPM 14.4

    Can I get a Health Status Report on SQL Server for Jasper Server? I am in CA PPM 14.4. If Yes, Could anyone help me with that?

    Hi Vamshi,

     

    On this version, CA PPM 14.4, the CSA Health Report will be available.

    To open it please go to CSA:

    http://<Servername>:<port>

    Open the Server

    Go Health Report tab

    Click Run

     

    This should help.

     

    Starting version 15.2, an additional Health Report will be available under CA PPM UI - Administration - Health Report.

    I have gone through CSA and I didn't find any report regarding Jasper Server. Cant we get it through any scripting?

    Hi Vamshi

     

     

    The report in CSA will contain app and database information only. There is no way to get Jaspersoft specific information in this version:

     

    The CSA Report will be removed in CA PPM 15.3 for the new report available in the application.

     

    The Jaspersoft server will be available in the new Health Report, available in Administration - Health Report starting CA PPM 15.2.

    Here is how it will look:
