    Dear all,

     

    We are having some problems with duplicate action items. 

     

    When the user selects an option in an action item that is attached to a process, sometimes, the following action item of that process is duplicated or more. Meaning that the user receives the same action item in his action items portlet multiple times and at the same time. 

     

    Those action items correspond to distinct entries in the CAL_ACTION_ITEMS table, each one with a distinct id.

     

    We cannot understand why this happens. Can anyone help?

    Hi Gonçalo,

     

    You create a process for action item and do you check for "Do not start a new process if one is already running." on Start Options ?

    If you do not check for this, then you may have duplicated or more action item so that please verify this by checking it.
