Load DWH Incremental Job hangs in 15.1 Patch 3

Hi we recently upgraded to Clarity version 15.1, the Load DWH Full load job completing fine, also Incremental Job completed few times. It hangs sometimes in the middle sometimes and it never getting completed. We could not see anything specific in the DWH logs

 

1.  Is there a know issue with Load DWH Incremental job with version 15.1?

2. Is there a way to find out what is causing the hanging, and move it forward without killing the job.

Hi Venu,

 

There is no known bugs and it could be due to Jobs compatibility issue causing database contention. So I would request to see what else jobs are runing when DWH runs. Apart from this you can check with DBA to see if there are DB locks occuring.
