Resource Time entry Instance right missing.

Hi,

A User is created on Oct,2016 and submitted timesheets of Dec,2016 and got posted.

 

He is made inactive , and  active again on 16-Oct-2017.  On 23-Oct-2017 team found that Instance right "Resource time Entry" is missing.

 

So just want to know how this Instance right went missing. Please advice.

Hi Santosh,

Check if the user has Open for Time Entry box checked. 

This check box is what drives the Resource Enter Time instance right you have mentioned.

Yes the Open for Time entry is checked.

I have tried checking creating a new user as well.

 

I have created resource first and I didn't checked him for "Open for Time Entry" and I notice "Resource Enter-Time" right appeared under Instance rights , at this moment I didn't add him to "Basic User group"

 

I have also tried changing the Track mode to "Other" , "PPM" and "Clarity" , but the Instance right remained the same.
