Unfilled Roles not appearing in Capacity Planning Overview

Using CA PPM 14.3 in the Capacity Planning Overview portlet, the Unfilled Roles row is blank, yet when I drill into the Unfilled Roles icon there are over 2000 days in three projects. Why won't the total display in the main portlet?

Resolved. The Roles used in this scenario did not have a Resource Manager assigned, but did have a Booking Manager. Since the filter included an OBS component and the RM, the Roles did not show up. Once the RM was added to the resource record the Unfilled Rows total was displayed.
