Need a Generic Deployment document

Hi All,

 

Need a generic deployment document for the components we deploy in CA PPM.

 

Ex:- Suppose before we deploy a Portlet into new environment, we will create Attribute or Lookup then we prepare Xog file and Xog-in.

Here deployment component may be a Process , Portlet , Lookups , Jobs ,etc.,

 

So looking for such document also having Rollback plan. Please attach/send me. This would be useful for further training's to others.

Thats probably a change management procedure, we don't have any document like that but what generally we do is 

 

1. Take the application and database back up before performing any change
