When i try to logon to Clarity application i got this error message :

Can you try restarting the services?
...and if a restart (of the services / of the server / of everything) does not fix it and it affects all users, then you are probably best talking directly with CA Support since its a fairly unhelpful message that seemingly has a number of different underlying causes (if you search for "501" on this community you will see a number of discussions in the past).
Was it working before and just suddenly started? Any upgrades, or maintenance just prior to this starting to occur? Is it just you are all users? a subset of users?
I would have this information ready to provide support.

I restared the services as navzjoshi00 mentioned, and it seems that the home page works fine. Thank you guys for helping me out.
