Jaspersoft Date filter (between) keeps changing by itself

Look at this when I click Apply the dates shift backward by a day or two, this keeps shifting if I keep hitting Apply button.

This does not happen with all the date fields(I just tested with couple of other fields) but it does happen with Change Request approved Date field for sure.

 

Update: One thing I noticed is this does not happen with custom oracle tables but it does happen with Clarity OOTB DWH fields. Weird. Something is wrong with the DWH domains.

This issue was previously reported before as CLRT-79518 and we have raised a case to deal with it with Jaspersoft Support.

Basically the root cause of the issue is coming from timezone differences. Please could you try setting your Clarity PPM user to match  the server time (JS and Clarity server time), then run Create and Update JS Users job with all sync option, and see if that helps.

 

This issue is still in review with Jaspersoft.
