  • 1.  Is there a way to record actual efforts on tasks for users that are not open for time entry?

    Hello all,

    We have SME' that are not open for time entry in PPM, but still working on some tasks. We want the project manager or resource manager to be able capture effort to the tasks of these users. Is there a way to do that?

    The Project Manager can create Financial Actual Transactions if the project and resource has active financial properties through the UI Transaction Entry pages or through XOG transaction entry.  Post the transactions into WIP and then run the 'Import Financial Actuals' job to update the project side.
