What happens when one drags waterline and saves it? Do targets change, I dont think so, then what is the effect? I suppose it should not be moved ideally
After I run ranking rules, projects are aligned. Then I see one project that needs to be above the line, I move it above the line. Save the view. What happens to the Rank, ranking rules, parameters? if rerun ranking rule will the project move back to it's original position, it should not actually but I am not getting the dynamics of this.
