Audit Date/Time Stamp 5 hours ahead of local time

Working with Clarity 13.3.0.286 on Oracle, hosted. Auditing several custom attributes in the Resource object. Sometimes when the user checks the Audit tab immediately after saving changes, he sees a date/time stamp for each audited attribute that is 5 hours ahead of Eastern Time. However, when we check later, the date/time stamp is correct for Eastern Time. Has anyone else seen this behavior?

Is the system time on your app servers, db servers, user workstation and user setting in Clarity Eastern ?
