Customer is facing a situation where an analyst is attempting to filter on Action Items per project. There are action items listed for the project that customer is attempting to filter on, but then nothing appears when the filter is applied. It ends with no action items found. When they filter by selecting All and all active action items its displaying the list of action items. But when they try to filter by a project nothing is diplayed.
Does anyone have faced this kind of scenario. Please share if there is any solutions available.
