Report missing in CA Clarity PPM 13.3 new installation

Hi All,

 

We have completed a new installation of CA Clarity PPM 13.3 with CABI and using an Oracle database. We have used the Import Wizard to import the CA_Clarity_Universes_Oracle.BIAR file. However we see the CA Reports folder but it is empty and in Clarity there are no reports listed. How can we add the OOTB reports to this instance?

Hi Balasubramanium,

 

The reports are included in CSP, you need to install the addin and import the CSP biar in order to get the reports.
