Assignment ETC couldn't be saved

I was changing ETC of an assignment from 0.00. The new value couldn't be saved. What am i missing?

Can you check if you are following the steps as attached in the doc ?

1. Can you share the screenshot if you are exactly following the above mentioned steps ?

2. Is there any error message on the front-end ?

3. Did you check the app-ca.log after performing the steps to check if there is any error message displayed ?

Thanks! It works on the task properties page.

 

Click into the assignment properties page, it still doesn't work.

I've updated the version to include how it can be done from the Assignments page as well.

I read your doc. I was updating the ETC field above, not the value you marked. Do you have an idea why it not works?

Is the relevant resource still ACTIVE, not end-dated, is the assignment end-date set?

I guess, v-zezhang is trying to update by clicking on the field mentioned in the screenshot -
