I am unable to get any of these links to render, is there some secret or simple step I am missing?  I get "Website cannot display the page"

Hi Michelle

 

It appears that the links no longer work due to a change to the URLs for KBs

 

I will check with our teams internally to see if the old URLs can be pointed to the new, there seems to be a problem with the images as well, they are no longer displaying in the KBs

I have updated the links to the new URLs, images/screenshots still don't show and we'll address that later, the links work now
