Getting Error 501 on both Sandboxes.
    Rebooting would fix that.

    Who would do it?

    Anybody looking after the sandboxes?

    Martti,

    Is this still an issue?

If so, what are you doing when you receive the error?

    Regards,
    Jenn

No that is not an issue any more.

I was trying to open the XOG GUI client.

    Martti.

Glad its not an issue any longer.

Please remember that the XOG GUI Client is not technically supported for any customer environment.

    Jenn

I do remember, but what exactly does
XOG GUI Client is not technically supported for any customer environment.
    mean in practice?

It has been an issue on both sandboxes for a couple of weeks now.
Normally a reboot would fix that. Stephen said there was a ticked for that.

How can you tell when the v12. sandbox was rebooted. In v13 you can see it from the logs.

    If it is that
XOG GUI Client is not technically supported for any customer environment.
how would you use XOG with the sandboxes?
They are both SSL/hhtps which means that you should install the cert in your workstation to use the normal client. How would you get the cert?

Apparently this message board is also dead.

I was told a month ago that there is a ticket for restarting the Sandboxes. Looking at the logs March still looks like the last start of the services.
