To add system date in the attribute mapping of connector express

We have a requirement where we need to add system date in one of the attributes in the connector express and the date should be in EST. Is there anyone who could suggest on the options.

I want to pass the system date to a field in the mapping in EST format on the endpoint through connector express. Is there any way that I can pass the date in EST format
