  • 1.  After apply 14.4.1 patch my identityEnv reset to default env

    Hi Team,
    Recently i download 14.4.1 patch and applied to my 14.4 VAPP.
    Patch update was executed successfully. But i noticed that after the patching, my identityEnv is been reset back to default env (where i loss my current configuration on admin tasks, Prov. Roles, PX & etc).

    When this patch behave like this way, does it consider normal ?
    By right after we apply any patch/hotfix, it should not impact our current setting or env.

    Hi William,

     

    The behavior you are reporting is not expected at all and doesn't correspond to the outcome of all the tests we did.

    I would suggest that you open a support case (if not already done) so that we can investigate your issue
