Create Identity Portal Request from Identity Manager - Policy Express Action Item

I need to create Identity Portal Request from Identity Manager - Policy Express Action Item.

I came across a link on CA Documentation related to Service Account API - but it only tells about the updateRequestInfo (to update any information to a request). I have tried to look in other documentation for the API but did not get any.  I'm looking for either API for Create Request or some other option which I can use to create CA identity Portal request from Policy Express.

Could you please help me with the information as the termination needs to be done automatically via creating a request for the external Team who has provided / implemented access.

Policy express can make TEWS calls out, but I am unsure identity portal can accept tews calls in.

Please remember that identity portal itself is a client that makes back end requests to IM and IG, it is not really meant to accept calls in.
