Unable to set 'Allow Logon to Terminal Server' Option in AD

Hi All,

I am trying to set 'Allow Logon to Terminal Server' option to true/false. It is failing with the below error. I tried from both UI and provisioning manager.

[LDAP Error code 1 - Unable to set terminal services attribute: wts3 Reason: rc:87  the parameter is incorrect]

What is wrong here?

I was able to use my IM 14.3 Provisioning Manager to view an AD Account and toggle the "Allow logon to terminal server" checkbox on and off. In the Provisioning Server's etatrans log you will see the External Modify request to set attribute eTADSwts3 to value of either 0 and 1.
