    Hi Team,
    Identity Suite 14.3 vapp.

    Q1. Does the current Identity Portal "Forgot your password" URL can be change to support OTP ?
    As i know in CA IM "Forgotten Password Reset" support OTP. 
    Q2. Is the Identity Portal "Forgot your password" functionality same as CA IM "Forgot Password" ?

    Hi William,

    Currently this functionality is not available in 14.3 release. This is an item for the backlog for Development team for Identity Portal and will be available in a future release
    We will also consider making this available on 14.3 release and will communicate at the time

    Sorry for the confusion, but OTP via SMS/Email is already available

    With the next Cumulative Patch for 14.3, we are enhancing it.
    The new feature is able to send SMS through service provider. The service provider is able to send SMS through Email.
