Error Building data for matching events

We tried to create a simple user in CAIM, but hit with this error...

If there is nothing else in the log or in VST, can you telnet to the corporate directory DSA console port and trace ldap?

Thanks for the advice, we found that the 1 of the PX table(in SQL) having null value,  that's why it failed.
After remove the "null" value, it works. But what causes the PX table to stored with null value still unknown....
