Password policy in IM and any other endpoints should be synchronized - so when it comes to required characters and size, both must have the same rules, so it doesn't fail half way through (in IM or Endpoint itself).
How is the password generated (manually, by the user)? Do you have any PX for random generation of a password, according to the password policies?

When we create a New Endpoint Account in AD , creation is getting failed because password length is greater than the password of CA IAM , Is there any possibility to create random password and use that in Account creation .
