  • 1.  provisioning services are not starting

    Hi,

    I am facing below issue while starting IDM vApp, version 14.2 and iam not able to login identity manager and and idm envirornment not able to start because of this issue.

    ls: cannot access /opt/CA/Directory/dxserver/config/autostart/ca-prov-srv*: No such file or directory
    [ERROR] syntax check for idm-userstore-router-caim-srv-01 failed: DSA idm-userstore-router-caim-srv-01 does not exist

    error

    Please suggest.

    I am not sure the command you are using is supposed to return anything as the config user

    Y0u may have to repair service to get dxserver running.

    This could be caused by corrupted PID files. You can check a dxserver status by doing the following:

    su to the DSA user by running su - dsa

    Run dxserver status

    Stop the dsa(s) by running dxserver stop
    To clear the PID files Navigate to /opt/CA/Directory/dxserver/pid
    Run rm /opt/CA/Directory/dxserver/pid/* - this will clear all the pid files.  
    Start the DSA(s) by running dxserver start
