Explore and Correlate Definition is not visible - 14.3

Hi All,

It appears that we have a bug in 14.3 in regards to E/C definitions. I tried to create E/C definition and the task gets submitted successfully. However, when search for the definition, it does not appear there. When I try to create again with same name, it says duplicate (but its not visible)

I tried it in different environments and still see this issue. Looking for fellow community members if you have experienced same situation and have some suggestions.

This is something that crops up from time to time ever since a change was made in 12.6.08 CR1:

To execute Explore and Correlate definitions for any connector, make sure that the System Manager admin role Members tab contains the Explore and Correlate task with scope rule set with all permissions.
