Identity Manager Unix endpoint - LDAP error 52

Hi there,

I am currently trying to create a Unix endpoint in Identity Manager within a test environment and I am receiving the LDAP error 52 (Unavailable). Here is the error presented in IM:

Could anyone provide me any information to why this error is occuring?

Hi Mike,

The error seems to indicate the issue with UNIX credential. Can you make sure the credential was corrected present?  Can you try to login to UNIX with that credential and see if you are able to login?

I managed to solve the issue by creating a new set of private and public keys using the puttygen.
