Tasks stacked "In Progress".

Hi Team,

One of our customers is facing an issue with IDM Tasks getting stacked in Progress on daily Basis.

Environment:

IDM 14.3 Vapp (cluster)

Problem Description:
-------------------
On daily basis some of the Submitted tasks are hanging in "In Progress" status. In time, more and more Tasks are getting stacked "In Progress".
After restarting Provisioning Server the queue is cleared, tasks are either Completed or Failed. New tasks are executed properly, after some time again starting to hang in "In Progress" status.

Action taken:
------------------
We cleared the Database Notification Queue - No success.
Refreshed the Synchronization time - No success.
Switch Off one cluster Node - No success.

Please advise how can I troubleshoot this issue, what else can we check on this issue, any logs can be enabled in details? as of now there are no error logs generated in Provisioning logs.

Hi,

Have you run the clean view submitted task and also reviewed your lock12_5 tables?  Also, please ensure you are running IDM 14.3 CP1, as there were some issues reported:
