How are you updating the password through your PX policy? What other activities\events are included in the task? Is there a particular in the event which is slow? Go to VST, review the events and enable debugging for IMS and categories and review the logs. Let us know your findings.

Subject: PX Task Slow to complete when updating AD Password
Hi Team,
We have configured a admin task that will trigger PX to update AD Account password. From the VST, we can see that the task takes 3 to 5 minutes to complete this AD Account password change.
On the same AD Account, we use ETAUTIL and it takes less than 1 minute to complete.
Any advise on why the PX update take that long?
Thank You.
