Dashboards on Identity Portal

Hi all,

I have a problem in dashboard view in Identity Portal 14.3. After creating the module and configuring it:

 I am not able to view dashboard in the users profiles (normal users or admins). A generic error is being displayed:

Is anyone able to explain where can the problem be?

Can you post the error on the server.log so we can get better understand it?

I've an OVA installation with IG and IP deployed. where do I find the server.log file?
