  • 1.  Getting Task ID in PX

    Hi,
    I'm trying to get the Task ID in PX but so far I'm unsuccessful..
    I tried a Policy Xpress on an Event level, set on After ModifyUserEvent and also tried on a Task level set on Task Started for a Modify User task, in both cases, I've tried getting the Data Element "Task Number" in "Tasks and Events" --> "Task Information" and each time this element comes empty..

    My version is 14.2.

    Is there some known issue with this or am I doing something wrong?

    Thank you, this worked just fine!

    Though I still don't understand what is "Task Number" in the PX data is...

    Hi Igor,

    Task ID is long and difficult to remember. Task Number is another representation for easy viewing. Please see below documentation for details.
