    Hello Team,

    I want to update my organization drop down list in user create template. How can I add some extra drop down names to existing setup.
    I gone through some books and i got to know this can achieve by doing export select box XML and update and import updated XML, then update this in create user task laying under admin task.

    Please give me more information about this like step by step and taking precautions.

    There is a sample of Select Box data in the tools directory, here:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Identity Manager\IAM Suite\Identity Manager\tools\samples\SelectBoxData
