In IDM Portal we have a configuration available under personal settings to enable delegation of workitems to other employees.
I want to set a event driven workflow for that task.
So everytime somente "adds" a person as delegate, it will trigger a workflow to his manager.
The problem is that the task in idm ( "PortalPortal Change My Delegation" ) seems to be a special task from type webservices.
There is no items under EVENTS tab so that the only way to include a workflow would be under the whole admin task.
This way I would also have to approve via workflow delete events ( when the user returns from vacation and wants to delete a person ).
In user console I am ok to set this up using "Out of office" task.
Our problem is setting a workflow in portal.
Please any suggestion ?
