  • 1.  Approver Historical Tasks

    Hi Team,

    Within Identity Portal, we are looking for module similar to "My Requests" module but to show those request approved/rejected by approver. 

    User (i.e. the approver) wanted to see what he/she had approved/rejected with details.  Currently in the "Tasks" module, those task(s) assigned to the approver, will be removed from screen, once he/she approve/reject the task(s).


    Any advise on how to go about in achieving this?

    Please try to use dashboard module and see if that is what you are looking for.

    Hi Yuan Heng,

    Explored the Dashboard but the information provided are for pending tasks.  It does not include those tasks that already approved or rejected.
