Explore and Correlate with AD attribute based filter

I need to create an explore and correlate definition which filters based on an AD attribute.

So essentially I want to point the E&C at a specific OU in AD but only pull users in or under that OU that have a specific AD attribute set to a specific value.  I'm thinking I'll need a PX policy just not sure specifically how to write and apply this.

In looking at my IM 14.3 CP1 I can see that when creating an Explore definition in the IM User Console for Active Directory I can select the "Partial Explore/Correlate" checkbox which then display a section to configure filters.
