Synchronization issue

Dear Team,

I am facing issues while assign and revoke roles in AD.
In identity manage, it will sync but in AD not updated.

Error Manage:
Synchronize Role with Users task, Provisioning Role PAM-BSS: Synchronize Role (PAM-BSS) with Users Event: Failed to execute SynchRoleUsersEvent. ERROR MESSAGE: Provisioning Role 'PAM-BSS' synchronization with global users failed: (accounts created: 0, updated: 0, re-created: 0, failures: 1),,

Please review the Provisioning Server's etatrans log (level=7) to see what the cause of the failure is.

Provisioning Server\logs folder. The specific location depends on where you installed the product to on the disk.
